In Duriel's Craftable Fergit'n Elixir, you can find all the ingredients, as well as the recipes, of the best-known Grandpa's Fergit'n Elixir. This will make it much easier for you to get the recipe, as you can access it directly in-game. The recipe is in the same loot group as the other Grandpa's recipes. From Master Chef level 5, the recipe is also accessible.
You can now find the recipe for Grandpa's Fergit'n Elixir directly in-game. This modlet will be part of the future Tweaks Collection modlet as some people would want that elixir before, as releasing a big collection of tweaks will take time to work and test.
